&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; JAPANESE FILM FESTIVAL&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; Vancouver ArtGallery
	Visual identity created for the Vancouver ArtGallery to celebrate the first editionof Japanese Film Festival.
The ideia was to mix modern design concepts with textures and elements 
that evoked the idea of handmade, craft. A mix between modern and traditional, 
new and old. Something that is part of the Japanese culture and society.

	The overall rate of police-reported incidents of online child sexual exploitation
and abuse in Canada has been on an upward trend, increasing from 50 incidents
per 100,000 population in 2014, when cybercrime data were first collected
nationally, to 80 per 100,000 in 2017.&#38;nbsp; Following this sad trend, by 2020, the number 
of incidents could reach 140 per 100,000.
Canada's Children of the Street Society, an organization that is dedicated
to preventing the sexual exploitation and human trafficking of children,
challenged us to create a campaign to warn parents about the dangers
of the massive presence of sexual predators on social media.

	We needed to launch Sicredi's youth and student account, Sicredi Touch.
How to make the cooperative values and discourse approach this audience?
Our solution was created a campaign based on young people's behavior
an routine, focusing on situations in which their lives are already cooperative:
in sports, at college and even at parties.

&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;PANTUNES &#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp;Impresul
	How can a print shop stay relevant and competitive in a increasingly digital world? 
That was the challenge that the creative team received. Our solution? Focus in one 
of Impresul's great differentials: ultra modern printers with high color fidelity. 
To ilustrate our idea, we decided to take famous songs that had colors in the title 
and it played a role in the story of the song, and replace those colors with others. 
Showing that wrong color means wrong story.

&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; WILD SIDE&#38;nbsp; &#38;nbsp; ICBC - Insurance Corporation of British Columbia
	Anger is a completely normal human emotion.
But when it gets out of controland it’s associated to driving it turns destructive. Road rage can lead to altercations,
assaults and collisions that result in serious physical injuries
or even death.

Our challenge was to develop
an awareness integrated campaign
to prevent disruptive driving behavior and consequently educate
drivers
in British Columbia, Canada. 
So, how to do that? We took the three most iconic wild animals in Canada
showcasing how senseless and irrational
drivers become when they feel frustrated
behind the wheel. To support the campaign, the content team created a series
of targeted educational
tips on social media platforms.

	In 2010, the Alzheimer Society of Canada produced the Rising Tide report,
which
brought attention to the dementia epidemic that was beginning
to rise in the
Canadian population. At the time, just under half a million people
in Canada
lived with Alzheimer’s or other dementias.In 2020, it was estimated that there were 597,300 individuals living with dementia
in Canada.
By 2030, we can expect this number will reach close to 1 million.
Alzheimer’s will continue to be the dominant type of dementia in Canada
in the
coming decades, with over 1.1 million people affected by 2050.
Our challenge was to create a campaign that would draw people's attention
to the importance of helping and supporting the Alzheimer Society of Canada.&#38;nbsp;The creative team came with the idea to work with an impactful image that showed
the most devastating side of the disease: with memory loss, Alzheimer's takes
away your loved ones.

	"What is the main role of a newspaper in our society?"
Explain to people what is going on. What is happening in our country and abroad.
That was the insight that moved the creative team in this institucional campaign
for The Province newspaper.
Just as a dictionary explains to people the meaning of each word, even the bad 
ones, a newspaper does the same with the news. &#38;nbsp;Even with the most terrible
news and events, The Province is there to explain the unexplicable to its readers.*All the photos we used in this campaign were published by The Province
newspaper.

	Little Toucan is a coffee shop located in Port Moody, Canada. The owners, a couple 
formed by a brazilian and a colombian, combined their passion for coffee 
and bakery and decided to open a traditional north american coffee shop but with 
a latin twist. Everything is made from scratch using local products and ingredients 
that later are mixed with latin ingredients to "make things more fun".
To create the symbol that would compose the brand's logo, I took the toucan, 
which is present in the company's name, and worked on its composition using rounded
shapes and forms to bring a more fun and modern look to the brand.&#38;nbsp;
The color palette used in this project proved to be a challenge. The clients had already 
defined during the briefing process that they would like to have the colors blue and yellow 
being part of the brand. Those colors remind them from their homes, the ocean, the sun, 
and represent the "latin twist" they are adding in their products. I also added a beige color 
to the palette to bring more balance and better readability.
